All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. India Travel Choice.
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s India Travel Choice. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s India Travel Choice. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
Balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered a late booking and for the same the full and final payment is required at the time of booking itself.
Note: In case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali, etc.), full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.
Even after making the 25% advance to confirm your bookings, in some cases it might be required that you pay additional advance amount before the final balance payment date depending on the contractor/supplier’s payment deadline.
International clients can make payment using any of the following methods:
Note: In case of payment through credit/debit card, 3% bank charges would be levied over and above the total amount.
All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
Please note that India Travel Choice employee or agent will not ask for your Card Number, CVV, Net Banking login, Password, OTP, etc. Nor will they ask you to transfer funds to a personal account or to install third-party apps like Any Desk, TeamViewer, etc. Please do not act on such requests. Each tour has its own cancellation policy and it is given on each tour description page. For tours without a specific cancellation policy, the following applies:
For refund of unused/unutilized services, the refund amount will be worked out on the basis of the cancellation policy as described above and refunded to the person who made the payment. Refund processing may take 2–4 weeks due to banking procedures. Bank charges for refunds to credit card or bank accounts will be debited from the refund amount.
It is mandatory for all guests (Foreign Nationals, NRIs, and Indian Nationals) to provide Photo ID at the time of booking confirmation:
Check-In Timings: 12:00 – 15:00 Hours (early arrival subject to availability; guaranteed early check-in requires booking from the previous night)
Check-Out Timings: 10:00 – 12:00 Hours (late check-out on request and subject to availability/payment)
The cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars/coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence is not allowed after transfer or after sightseeing.
After finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are hikes in entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India, the same will be charged extra.
Rates are based on prevailing rates as negotiated with hotels, airlines, etc. They retain the right to modify rates without notice. In case of such changes, rates quoted prior to modification can be adjusted accordingly.
India Travel Choice acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and contractors providing services. All tickets, receipts, and contracts issued are subject to the terms and conditions of these service providers.
Itineraries are samples intended to give a general idea of the trip schedule. Numerous factors may necessitate changes. We reserve the right to amend any aspect of the itinerary without notice in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being.
India Travel Choice shall not be responsible for delays, changes, expenses, or losses arising from conditions beyond our control, including natural hazards, accidents, political closures, and other force majeure events.
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from acts or negligence of any transportation company, hotel, agent, or other providers. All personal property is at the client’s risk at all times.
We do not provide insurance. Visitors are advised to arrange insurance in their home country.
We reserve the right to cancel services or refuse contracts at our discretion without the obligation to show reason.
India Travel Choice and its affiliates shall not be responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including war, terrorism, riot, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
Both the company and the client will use best efforts to overcome the effects of any force majeure event. Obligations accrued prior to such an event remain enforceable.
All disputes arising out of this agreement will be subject to Delhi Courts only.
